Functional Test Room

Performance and operating characteristics of various control equipments are inspected in this room. There are many various facilities to assess crucial items as the functions of control equipments such as, valve switching action and flow characteristic.

CO2 Devices Test Room

This test room is only for CO2 Devices. High-pressure air of 20MPa can be provided, and a test of equipment development for the system using carbonic anhydride (CO2) regarded as dominant for new refrigeration medium, is performed.

Automotive Air Conditioner Test Room

This is the automotive air conditioner test room with an air channel. Various tests are performed such as capability tests for automotive air conditioning units, matching tests with control equipments, noise test of systems, and so on.

Vehicle Test Room

This test room is equipped with a noise barrier performance and air conditioning, structured so that automobiles can enter the room from outside for checking the operation of automotive air conditioning units loaded on the vehicle.

Residential Air Conditioner Test Room

These test rooms are for residential and packaged air conditioners, consist of 1 room with an external compressor and 2 rooms with built-in type. The temperature conditions are capable for setting up to 50 degrees Celsius in the room with an external compressor, and up to 35 degrees Celsius in the room with built-in type, and both are capable of multi-air conditioners testing.

Durability Test Room (1)

This is a test room to assess general durability specification for control equipments of expansion valves, pressure switches, electronic linear control valves, electromagnetic valves, etc. These are efficient for checking products quality in the market and for quality level assessment of developed products.

Durability Test Room (2)

The durability specification for high-pressure is assessed in this room. The durability facility with high-pressure air source of 20MPa and oil pressure durability test equipment with pressurization capability of 15MPa are equipped. These assure the equipment performance operating at high-pressure.

Durability Test Room (3)

The durability test of various equipments under the condition with loading temperature in a constant-temperature bath is performed here. The test under the condition with loading temperature and pressure operating simultaneously is capable.
