Safety Shut-off Valves

This PDM-type is designed to shut-off the flow path when a low flammable refrigerant (A2L) leaks out from the system pipe line, preventing the refrigerant from leaking out into the environment.
Technical Note
The PDM-type employs a motor assembled with high-torque gears, achieving excellent functionality in valve leakage. It is not required to energize the motor during non-operating time or after shutoff. With flow resolution of 6,000 steps, it can also work as a valve to control flow rate with precise steps.

Depending on the connecting pipe diameter in the range from 1/4 inch up to 5/8 inch, the valve diameter of either 2 phi (mm) or 10 phi (mm) is selectable. The mounting position can be set in either the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. (The actual value of the valve opening-closing pressure difference varies according to the mounting position; however, in either direction, the CAV-type can operate within the minimum valve opening-closing pressure difference as specified in the Product Specification.)
HSF-type Suction Strainer
Installable on the low pressure side (gas line) for protecting a compressor.
Suitable for use with a scroll compressor highly sensitive to contamination.
